Jessica Torres, MA, LPCC, NCC, CCTP, completed her Masters’ Degree in Counselor Education with a focus on Clinical Mental Counseling from the University of Toledo in 2018, following her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino in 2013.
Before joining Julia Burrow, MD & Associates, Jessica gained valuable experience in community mental health, focusing on children and adolescents. During this time, she provided comprehensive treatment and assessment for various concerns such as ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anxiety, among others.
In 2019, Jessica founded her private practice, JTG Counseling, LLC, focusing on addressing PTSD, eating disorders, self-injury behaviors, depression, and various other concerns. Additionally, she provides family and couples counseling, prioritizing a person-centered and integrative approach customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Jessica holds multiculturalism in high regard and delights in serving diverse communities.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she cherishes spending time with her three dogs, and indulging in hobbies like reading, yoga, and daily meditation.
