Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Toledo (2018). With over a decade of experience in mental health, Jessica is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) passionate about empowering individuals and families on their journey to healing.
Her career began in community mental health, where she worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults managing severe mental health challenges, including ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anxiety. In 2019, she founded JTG Counseling, LLC, a private practice where she continues to support clients facing PTSD, eating disorders, depression, self-injury behaviors, and self-esteem issues. Jessica also provides affirming care for the LGBTGEQIAP+ community and offers family and couples counseling.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Jessica delivers person-centered, trauma-informed therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. She blends therapeutic approaches to ensure a compassionate and effective experience for individuals of all ages. Currently, she provides virtual counseling services to clients in Ohio, Michigan, Nevada, and California.
Whether addressing complex trauma or providing guidance to families and couples, Jessica is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for growth and recovery.
